We are a family business based in the Charente. Mike is the pest expert and Kirsty runs the business side of things. Chances are is that you’ll speak to, and even see both of them. Teddy, well he is more likely to run around like a crazy lunatic and really is not very good at catching mice!
Mike has the ability to stay calm under pressure when dealing with these incredible flying creatures. Kirsty has worked in business management and marketing for nearly 20 years so is well-placed to run the business. Together the team are able to provide pest control and holistic pest management services, working with clients to ensure their outcomes are achieved.
We are based in the Charente near Ruffec, which means we are near the borders of the Deux-Sevres, Vienne and not too far from the Charente Maritime either. We cover all areas, but for any work that takes us over 35km from 16240 La Magdeleine a small additional km charge will be incurred. This is because we will need to make multiple trips to your property to safely deal with nests. If it is not urgent and we have multiple callouts in your area we can reduce the km charge.

Our normal hours are Monday to Friday 08.30-18.30 and Saturday 09.30 -17.00. We always strive to fit customers in as soon as possible but please aware we do have regular ongoing contracts we work around.
